Full Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Stone Hospitality Ltd. located in Glais, Swansea (SA7). As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, planning and preparing meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food. This role requires strong culinary skills, good knowledge of food hygiene regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience as a chef
-Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
-Good organisational and leadership skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and good time management
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Min. Level 2 culinary qualification or equivalent
-Passion for food and a commitment to quality
