Spa Duty Manager

As a member of the Spa Duty Management team you will assist the Spa Manager in running shifts within the spa to ensure a safe environment is provided for guests and team members. You will assist team members, spa members and guests when required so that we maintain a 5 star spa environment at all times,

• Help manage the time while you are on duty ensuring 5 star standards are maintained at all times


• Show integrity when assisting team members and guests where required during busy times in the spa


• Assist the management team with their weekly and monthly reporting


• Maintain 5 star standards throughout the spa through management of the operational team and by conducting regular walk rounds within all spa facilities


• Take pride in your knowledge of the spa and spa membership, assisting with enquires on products and services when required


• Support with creating rotas for each team and provide solutions to any questions from the team
  
  Experience in working in a busy spa or health environment is essential


• Team supervisory experience essential


• You will have a good understanding of the health and beauty industry


• Excellent problem - solving skills


• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues


• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
