Full Job Description

Bespak are looking for permanent Stability Quality Analysts for their Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE (a 15-minute walk from the train station). The salary range for this permanent role is between £24k and £27k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Shift Pattern - Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm Friday 8:30am to a well-deserved early finish at 3:45pm. We can also be slightly flexible on start and finish times if required.

Working within a close-knit and diverse team, you'll be responsible for stability testing on a variety of products. You'll become an integral member of the team and play an essential role in the testing process from batch pull right the way up to customer reporting. Growth and improvements form a key part of the team's future.

As a Stability Quality Analyst your duties will include:

  • Conduct chemical testing to ensure product quality and compliance.

  • Evaluate analytical methods and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Review test results and highlight potential problems.

  • Collaborate with team to resolve quality-related issues.

  • Analyse quality KPIs and present data findings.

  • Proactively improve processes for greater efficiency.

    Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry & laboratory instrumentation (beneficial).

  • Labware LIMS, Empower CDS experience beneficial but not essential.

  • Competence and clarity in both written and oral communication.

  • The ability to work well in a team and continuously improve knowledge and skills.
