  • Maintain top-notch store operations, analyze financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold sandwich quality.

  • Lead and motivate the team to drive the business's financial success.

  • Support, implement, and communicate company policies, processes, and procedures to all staff.

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to ensure excellence.


  • Principal Responsibilities:

    People:
  • Foster a motivated team through open communication and encouragement.

  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture among staff, emphasizing superior service.

  • Treat employees with respect and dignity, fostering a supportive environment.

  • Ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback.

  • Manage weekly scheduling to meet labor goals.

  • Conduct interviews, performance appraisals, and disciplinary hearings in accordance with company policies.

  • Promote Subway's culture and values with honesty and integrity.


  • Operations:
  • Ensure operations meet Subway standards.

  • Monitor food safety and health & safety compliance.

  • Train staff on food safety, health & safety, and service standards.

  • Maintain service speed and cleanliness standards.

  • Implement and follow cleaning checklists and schedules.

  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.

  • Ensure adherence to procedures and communicate changes effectively.

  • Utilize POS system for reporting and improvement.


  • Financial:
  • Manage store profit and loss in line with budgets.

  • Conduct weekly stock take and manage inventory.

  • Handle weekly payroll and liaise with Head Office.

  • Order stock and manage inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with Franchisee on store marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure staff awareness of promotions and maintain appropriate advertising.

    Team player with leadership and planning skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication.

  • High energy and enthusiasm.

  • Strong time management and training abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with self-motivation.

  • Proficient in Math and English.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Constructive criticism for improvement.

  • Proficient in PC skills (Word and Excel).

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Resilient and results-focused with multitasking abilities., Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
