Full Job Description

Hexagon Care Services are growing their internal ICT services and are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator proficient in Office 365, SharePoint 2019, Azure AD, Intune, conditional access, Sophos Central, MDM, and Apple Business Manager.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the IT Manager in maintaining the operational integrity of our ICT infrastructure in collaboration with our external IT provider and providing timely technical support to employees. The role will also include troubleshooting, network administration, user support / training and advancing our commitment to cybersecurity.

Responsibilities include Administering ICT infrastructure, implementing security measures, providing user support, and ensuring smooth operations across various platforms. ITIL accredited preferred but not essential. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

· Significant experience working in an Azure / O365 environment

· Demonstrated proficiency in administering Office 365, SharePoint 2019, Azure AD, Intune, and other relevant technologies

· Experience implementing security measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and endpoint protection

· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

· Full clean driving licence

Hexagon Care Services are a large, national provider of residential, education and therapeutic services. We employ 700 staff, who support a variety of service users across the North and Midlands of the country.

Our head office team in Preston (30 staff) support our services to deliver the best care and outcomes for our client groups. Due to expansion, we are seeking to recruit a systems administrator, to support the IT manager in the development of this department.
