Full Job Description

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and org functions simultaneously - from sourcing to interview arrangement to offer extension & negotiation.

  • Map, identify and engage top-tier talent with relevant web3 skills & experience using creative on & offline sourcing and networking tactics.

  • Serve as a talent advisor to internal teams and Hiring Managers, helping shape candidate evaluation and org design processes.

  • Provide expert candidate care, serving as a candidate advocate along each step of the process.

  • Help build the Starknet Foundation employment brand through social media, events, and by serving as an ambassador for the organization.

  • Partner with recruitment agencies and vendors who are assisting in searches.

    A minimum of 4 years of relevant recruitment & sourcing experience, ideally in the tech or specifically web3 industry.

  • Proven track record of hiring top-tier and niche talent, both technical & non-tech, across levels, functions and regions.

  • Expertise in each stage of the talent acquisition process (sourcing, interview coordination, offers, onboarding).

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.

  • Deep project management and organization skills with aptitude for building & scaling recruitment processes.

  • Strong working knowledge or interest in blockchain technology and trends.

  • Ability to prioritize, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel as well as work across various timezones with candidates & teammates based internationally.

  • London-based, with 2-3 days in office/week.
