Team Leader

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for a team of around 6 employees who provide remote telephone advice to users of our Titan Pharmacy patient medication record system.

In your role, you'll be responsible for:

• The day to day management of the team


• Helping to train and provide ongoing support to team members


• Monitoring and providing feedback on staff performance


• Ensuring each member of the team provides timely and accurate customer service to our users
  
  Some previous experience in managing or supervising a small team


• Hands-on experience with helpdesk or customer service software systems


• To be highly customer service oriented


• Great written and verbal communication skills


• To be able to adapt quickly and flexibly as circumstances change


• Great motivation skills and a passion for developing people through ongoing mentoring and training
