Telesales Advisor

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people over the phone and has a passion for sales. Duties: - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists - Introduce and promote our products or services to prospects - Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings - Answer questions and address concerns raised by potential customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM software (Salesforce) - Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Qualifications: - Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
