Do you have a passion for leading on the case management of antisocial behaviour, hate crime, domestic abuse and tenancy fraud which will ensure that the communities we serve are safe and secure? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Solutions Caseworker to join our team.

Do you have a detailed understanding of operational housing law and ASB, and neighbourhoods and community agenda?

Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role and excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills?

Have you got strong interviewing skills, able to review reports, interpret and corroborate information, with an excellent attention to detail?

Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards? If so, we would love to hear from you.

    Our package for this role includes:
  • 39 days annual leave (including statutory days), increasing to 44 days with length of service.
