Full Job Description

The Trainee Coordinator is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.

  • Car expenses, The main purpose of the role is to manage a pipeline of properties that have been let agreed through to move in. The pipeline would on average 30 lets per month and you would be responsible for organising tenancy contracts, ensuring all legislation has been met, compliance documents are ready and organising any pre-let works and paperwork - The applicant must be highly organised and have impeccable customer engagement.

    We're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Coordinator who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Leamington Spa., Preferably an experienced sales person

  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment

  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience

  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
