So, what do our Valuers actually do?

· Choosing an estate agent is an important decision. Here at Douglas Allen, we will provide an extensive - and proven - selling strategy that's tailored to each individual customer

· Our valuers have perfected their craft, helping hundreds of people move forward on their life's journey and you will learn how to be a huge part of this

· Getting to know our customers in their own home is a great start. Finding out exactly how we can best help them achieve their goals and why they are moving is key. We provide that personal, professional marketing experience and advice and we help to make sure our customers get the best possible price for their homes.

· We also help to provide additional assistance by promoting our other services such as mortgage and solicitor advice

· Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance

· Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market developing a reputation for being experts in our field

· Work closely with the team, downloading new properties that have been brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers

· You should have a successful track record in sales and be comfortable working in a targeted sales environment

· Bags of drive, motivation, and passion to succeed

· Focused on turning the "ordinary" into the "extraordinary" and not be afraid of hard work

· Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

· To be able to drive, and have your own car

· And yes, you will be the type of person that would love seeing your customers' eyes light up when you help them with their property move and onward journey!,

    · Basic Salary: £22,000

    · On Target Earnings: £35,000-£40,000 (including car allowance)

    · Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30, Saturday 09.00 - 17.00
