What will you be doing?

As part of our new dynamic sales training hub "The Launch Pad", we'll help launch your career in B2B sales and your professional purpose will be to learn how to build and manage a portfolio of prospective B2B customers the Procure Smart way. The core of your role will be classic business development and generation in an office-based environment, predominantly selling over the telephone. Procure Smart's new approach to business contract switching means you will be supported with new, data-led opportunities, genuinely attractive new products and bundle-selling approaches to maximise the value for your customers and the digits on your commission statement.

You'll be selling a bundle of multi-service B2B deals and given the entrepreneurial opportunity to grow your own customer base.

What we need from you:

We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious professionals who would like to embark on a career in B2B sales, speaking to businesses about the challenges they face in an economy where more businesses than ever need help and support.,

  • Source a continuous stream of highly qualified leads and prospects.

  • Present, promote and explore different services for each customer.

  • Establish and build long-term relationships with prospects to ensure a continuous flow of strong revenue.

  • Overcome objections that might be suggested by prospective opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to maximise commercial opportunities for yourself, your customer and the business.

  • Convert every potential customer into a sale.

  • Work towards determined sales revenue targets and other key performance indicators.

  • You'll be guided within the Launchpad's intensive training programme, to attain the skills needed to succeed in the industry


  • Maybe you have some sales experience been in B2B switching, energy or a related industry and want to make it better. Or maybe you have worked in customer facing non sales roles and have a genuine passion to grow a career in sales and improve your earnings.

    Either way, we would welcome an informal chat to determine whether you're a good fit for the sales force of the future and to reveal a little taste of how we could be a smart next step in your career.
