• Assemble, fit, and install parts and components of bespoke vehicle conversions.


• Operate a variety of tools, including air and battery-powered tools, and hand tools such as sealant application guns.


• Adhere to stringent health and safety protocols at all times.


• Independently and collaboratively maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  
  Proficiency in using air and battery-powered tools, along with manual tools like sealant application guns.


• Proven background in a fitting or fabricating environment.


• Quick to learn and follow detailed instructions with careful consideration for health and safety.


• Experience with commercial vehicles is preferred but not necessary., A strong willingness to listen, learn, and adhere to instructions.


• Demonstrable reliability in attendance and punctuality.


• A proactive approach to developing new skills and improving existing ones.


• Consistently exhibits excellent conduct., vehicle fitting: 1 year (preferred)
