Weekend Server - Emilys Cocktail Bar

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our customers., Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the available beverage options
- Take accurate drink orders from guests
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Upsell additional items, such as shots, repeat rounds
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn about different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- A passion for providing excellent guest service in a hospitality setting
