Yard Person - FLT operator - Delivery driver

Your responsibilities will vary on a day-to-day basis as per operational requirements; it will be your duty to assist in maintaining a smooth operation of all aspects within the timber yard.

- Taking timber and other materials into the production line (into the factory)

- Taking manufactured goods from production to storage yards

- Loading delivery vehicles

- Unloading goods, either by hand or with forklift truck

- General yard duties including lifting timbers, stock taking and keeping the yard tidy

- Delivering customers' orders locally in our 3.5t van

- C1 (7.5t) driving licence preferred

- Combi lift (reach truck) forklift licence essential

- Able to adapt to operational needs on a day-to-day basis

• You must hold a full UK 3.5t / Category B Licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.


• You must hold a Combi lift (reach truck) forklift licence.
